You are unique!
There is no one on Earth just like you!
If you found me, you're seeking something: Relief from physical or emotional or soul issues - or something you can't yet label. Regardless of what you are seeking, rest assured someone else has found something that will help. I've compiled a lot of resources that are referenced on this website.
Some of the resources are ones that I follow or followed religiously at some point in my life. Others I might just have enjoyed a single blog posting. Sometimes I've found myself turned off by a thought expressed and later came to think there might be something to it. For example, while I don't follow a Paleo diet, after reading a book on Paleo, I did change my diet.
May you think and grow - and enjoy the process!
Do something different every day. Even making one tiny positive change makes a difference. Really smile at someone. Say "Top of the Morning" instead of "Hi." Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk a different route from the office door to your desk. Sing while mowing. Dance while dusting. Add diced avocado to your scrambled eggs. Serve fruit for dessert. Try one of the modalities I've listed or another you discover. Just once.
If you want to try Reiki or a Tuning Fork session, schedule it with your local practitioner or see me in Annapolis, Maryland or Bradenton, Florida.
